CHAOS APPROVED PARTS

What We Use. What Works. What We Trust.

Most guitar parts don’t fix anything.

Some look good.
Some are built well.
Very few solve real problems.

We don’t guess. We fix systems.

Not sure where to start?
Most players upgrade the wrong things first.

This isn’t a catalog.

This is what makes it onto our bench—and onto instruments that have to perform.

Every part on this page has a purpose.

If it’s here, it earned its place.

TUNING STABILITY SYSTEM

Start here if your guitar won’t stay in tune

Guyker Locking Tuners

We install these regularly on customer instruments that need reliable tuning under real playing conditions.

LOCKING TUNERS

Cleaner wraps.
Consistent tension.
Less slippage.

They remove a major weak point in the system.

They fix what they’re responsible for—not everything.

At the bench, we install these when the system calls for it—not just because.

ROLLER BRIDGE

Most players blame tuners.

They shouldn’t.

Friction is the real problem.

If the string can’t move freely, it won’t return to pitch.

A roller bridge reduces that resistance.

If a guitar “almost” stays in tune, this is one of the first places we check.

This is a go-to fix when a guitar won’t return to pitch consistently.

This is one of the most common fixes we perform at the bench.

NUT (GRAPH TECH)

This is where most tuning problems actually start.

Not the tuners.
Not the bridge.

The nut.

If the string binds here, nothing else downstream can fix it.

What we see all the time:

  • Slots too tight

  • Cheap material

  • Strings catching

Most players upgrade everything except the one part actually causing the problem.

If your guitar still isn’t stable after upgrades, you’re likely fixing the wrong part of the system.

CONTROL & FEEL

Once stability is handled, everything changes.

Smoother bends.
Better control.
Consistent response.

This is where the instrument stops fighting you.

CONTROL KNOBS

Most players start here.

That’s the mistake.

This is the final step—not the first.

Once the system works, now you make it yours.

Controlled chaos.

THE CHAOS STANDARD

Parts don’t fix guitars.

Systems do.

Every recommendation here is part of a bigger picture:

  • String path

  • Tension

  • Friction

  • Player interaction

If you skip that, you’re guessing.
